LEARNING PARTNERS

This week in Wonderland, Mrs Lunn videoed us peer assessing our Handwriting.  Our buddy has to assess our work and they help us to REFLECT to see if we have achieved our learning intention.  They provide us with feedback on our work and feed forward for ways to improve it for the next day.

BARRIER GAMES

This term, our Nga Matapono focus is on being an Effective Communicator.

Today we practised this by playing Barrier Games.  We had to sit back to back with a learning partner and one person told the other one where to put the shapes on the game board.  We had to give clear instructions and listen carefully to what our partner was saying.  We asked questions if we were not sure what our partner said.
